This form allows SEFIR employees, collaborators, customers, and suppliers to report incidents of driving our vehicles that violate current regulations, are dangerous, or disrespectful to other road users.

The report can be submitted completely anonymously. If you choose to remain anonymous, we will not collect your name or any data that could identify you, but we will not be able to inform you of the progress of your report.
