Reports may concern any non-compliance with company policies and standards, inappropriate behavior encountered during transportation services, or situations that may constitute harassment, discrimination, conduct detrimental to personal dignity, or mobbing.

Each report is carefully examined and handled according to applicable company procedures, respecting the principles of confidentiality, impartiality, and protection of the individuals involved.

The information provided must be, as far as possible, precise and detailed, so as to allow the company to verify the reported information and take appropriate corrective action where necessary.
