What we do to ensure the safety of our passengers 

 Our company has always adopted safety procedures, often exceeding legal requirements.
From frequent checks of vehicle mechanical integrity to refresher courses for staff and mandatory medical checks for drivers, every aspect of safety is considered fundamental.

Vehicle Checks and Inspections

All vehicles undergo annual mechanical inspections by technicians from the DTT (Department of Land Transport) of the Civil Motorization Department
. Inspections and checks are performed in our in-house workshop, an area equipped with modern equipment and dedicated staff. 

Emergencies are best managed with the use of escort vehicles, always available and/or timely interventions by workshop staff or external ACI personnel and vehicles

Medical Examinations and Training Courses for Drivers

Drivers are subjected to unannounced medical examinations and drug tests (as required by Legislative Decree 81/08).
All personnel hold licenses and professional certifications with periodic refresher courses required by the decree of October 16, 2009 (Official Gazette No. 259 of November 6, 2009)

Seat belts on board and child seats

Our buses are equipped with seat belts on all seats, and passengers are required to fasten them (Article 172 of the Highway Code). Children can travel on board NCC vehicles, i.e., all those offered by our company, even without the use of special child seats. However, we recommend that you bring your own child seat to attach to the seat belts on our buses, or request one when booking.
