How much and when can a chauffeur drive?
The European standard CE561 on driving and rest times for bus drivers
On 15 May 2006, the European Parliament, to ensure greater safety in transport, introduced a series of rules that regulate driving and rest times for drivers driving heavy vehicles (Regulation CE561).
Therefore, the planning of bus trips (vehicles with more than 9 seats or a total mass exceeding 3.5 tons) must take this regulation into account.
